Agreement to our legal terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Legal Terms”) govern your access to and use of:

In these Legal Terms, “Scentleys”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Scentleys, and “you” refers to any person or entity using the Services.
By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Legal Terms.

We may update these Legal Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. We sell fragrance-based products, including fragrances inspired by well-known scents. Any reference to another brand or fragrance is for comparison and descriptive purposes only. Scentleys is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any of the original brand owners.
Our Services are intended for customers in the United Kingdom. If you access the Site from outside the UK, you are responsible for complying with any applicable local laws.

17. Severability
If any provision of these Legal Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed deleted, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
18. Entire agreement
These Legal Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Scentleys regarding your use of the Services and supersede any previous agreements or understandings.
