1. Independent Fragrance House
Scentleys is an independent UK fragrance brand.
We create our own fragrances that are inspired by the scent profiles of well-known designer and niche perfumes.
Any reference to third-party brand names, products, or trademarks is made solely for comparison and descriptive purposes (for example, to indicate the type of fragrance family or style a customer may be familiar with).
Scentleys is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any of the original brands or their trademark owners.
Our products are not to be confused with originals and we make no claim that they are identical.
2. UK Manufacture & Strength
All Scentleys fragrances are:
- Manufactured in the United Kingdom, in facilities that follow appropriate safety and quality standards; and
- Produced as Extrait de Parfum, with a typical fragrance oil concentration of approximately 35%–40%.
This higher concentration is chosen to provide a rich, long-lasting scent experience when used as directed.
Individual wear time can still vary between users (see Section 4).
3. No Infringement Intended
All trademarks, brand names and copyrights remain the property of their respective owners.
- We do not use any original brand formulas.
- Our fragrances are created using our own blends of perfumery materials to evoke a similar overall scent style or “vibe”.
Any mention of an original brand or perfume is:
- To indicate the fragrance family or style customers might recognise; and
- Not intended to imply that our product is a direct copy, that it is the same formula, or that the original brand has approved our products.
4. Longevity, Performance & Skin Chemistry
Fragrance performance depends on many factors, including but not limited to:
- Skin type and pH
- Hydration levels
- Diet and hormones
- Environment and temperature
- Application method and amount used
Although our perfumes are made at Extrait de Parfum (35%–40%) strength to maximise potential longevity and projection, we cannot guarantee specific hours of wear or identical performance on every individual.
Any references to “long-lasting”, “strong”, “intense” or similar terms are general descriptions based on concentration and typical user feedback, not a promise of a specific duration.
5. Allergies, Sensitivities & Patch Testing
Our fragrances contain perfumery ingredients that may cause irritation or allergic reactions in a small number of people.
- Always patch test on a small area of skin first.
- Do not apply to broken, irritated or highly sensitive skin.
- If redness, irritation or discomfort occurs, discontinue use immediately and wash the area with mild soap and water.
Scentleys cannot provide medical advice. If you are concerned about allergies or sensitivities, please consult a healthcare professional before using any fragrance product.
6. Colour, Batch & Presentation Variations
Because fragrance materials can vary slightly from batch to batch, you may notice small differences in:
- Colour
- Strength
- Opening notes or dry-down nuances
These natural variations do not affect the overall character of the fragrance or its safety when used as directed.
Bottle style, labels and packaging may change from time to time as we update our branding or improve our packaging.

Nothing in this disclaimer limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so under UK law.
