At Scentleys, we work hard to get your fragrance to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Delivery Options
All orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24
- Royal Mail Tracked 48
The available options and prices will be shown at checkout.
When will my order be dispatched?
- Orders placed before 10:00am (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same working day.
- Orders placed after 10:00am, or on weekends / bank holidays, are normally dispatched on the next working day.
- During very busy periods (such as Christmas or large promotions), dispatch may take up to 48 hours, but we always aim to send orders as quickly as possible.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or failed deliveries.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery time from dispatch:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24: usually 1–2 working days
- Royal Mail Tracked 48: usually 2–4 working days
Delivery to Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands may take slightly longer.
Please note: the names “Tracked 24” and “Tracked 48” are Royal Mail service names and do not guarantee delivery in 24 or 48 hours. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control (weather, strikes, peak-season delays, etc.).
If there are any known nationwide delays with Royal Mail or our courier partners, we will do our best to let customers know.
Where is my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which includes your tracking link.
If you cannot see this email, please:
- Check your spam/junk folder.
- Search your inbox for “Scentleys” or “order confirmation”.
If you are still unable to locate your tracking details, please contact us at contact@scentleys.co.uk with your order number.
Missed or delayed deliveries
Occasionally, couriers experience delays which are completely outside of our control. If your tracking shows an issue, or your parcel has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us and we will help you investigate with the courier.
